Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items, provided they are:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Jewellery (due to personal wear)
  • Blue-light glasses (for health and safety reasons)
  • House Shoes (for hygiene purposes)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below.
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RAN email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:
