Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items, provided they are:
- In their original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Jewellery (due to personal wear)
- Blue-light glasses (for health and safety reasons)
- House Shoes (for hygiene purposes)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below.
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RAN email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement
