Currently we focus on standard sizing across our clothing collections, but we’re constantly expanding our range. Our accessories (like bags, belts and jewellery) and most footwear styles are designed to suit all body types.
Are your blue-light glasses actually effective?
Yes! Our blue-light glasses are specially designed to filter harmful blue light from screens while maintaining clear vision. They’re perfect for work-from-home fashion or completing your smart-casual look.
What materials are used in your knitwear & cardigans?
We use a variety of quality materials depending on the season, including cotton blends for spring/summer and wool mixes for autumn/winter. Each product page specifies the exact material composition.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an account” after entering your email address. This lets you track orders, save favorites, and check out faster next time.
I forgot my password – what should I do?
Click “Forgot password” on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to reset your password securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your fashion to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide except some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Processed in 1-2 days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Processed in 1-2 days, delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after dispatch
All times are business days (Monday-Friday).
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
My package is delayed – what should I do?
First check your tracking number for updates. International shipping can occasionally face customs delays. If your package seems significantly delayed, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. Some exclusions apply (like earrings for hygiene reasons).
How do I return an item?
  1. Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt to request a return authorization
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and an authorization number
  3. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  4. Ship the return to our Birmingham address (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. It may then take 3-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order.
